They are all Utopia BootDiscs, I downloaded this torrent from mininove i can't remember who it was but I DID NOT MAKE THIS TORRENT ONLY SPREAD IT

NOT BEEN TESTED

I downloaded these because i was after a dreamcast but mine is the HKT-3030 model and is difficult to play hacked games on.

This torrent does have seeders it's because i duplicated the torrent from mininova it says it doesn't but i promise you it does because i will seed this until this site says it has at least 5 seeders

You might want to try the program that uses the auto load feature on copied games, forgot what its called but with the help of google it shouldn't be too hard to find, hope you get it working.
